Tokyo, March 8, 2013 – Hitachi, Ltd. (TSE: 6501) and its wholly owned two subsidiaries operating Hitachi's Information & Telecommunication Systems Company related businesses, Hitachi Information & Communication Engineering, Ltd. and Hitachi Computer Peripherals Co., Ltd., today announced the appointment of name for new integrated company to run ICT System Engineering Business, which will be formed by the merger of Hitachi Information & Communication Engineering and Hitachi Computer Peripherals on April 1, 2013, and also announced the appointment of new president.
