Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems Europe GmbH Start Operations
Integration of businesses within the Group to accelerate growth in the European region
Tokyo, March 28, 2025 – Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems Co., Ltd (HIES) today announced that it has established a new legal entity, Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems Europe GmbH (HIES Europe), by consolidating its local subsidiaries and entities in the European region, and will start operations on April 1. By integrating relatively small-scale bases scattered across Europe for each business, such as air compressors, marking equipment, drive systems, and energy solutions, into a single corporation, we will build a cooperative structure within the group to strengthen our sales and support capabilities, while also expanding synergies with Hitachi Group companies to further accelerate growth in the European region.
