Tokyo, October 26, 2016 ---Hitachi Automotive Systems, Ltd. today announced that it will be participating in the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) 2016, to be held at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.A., from Tuesday November 1st to Thursday November 3rd. Hitachi Automotive Systems Group will showcase a wide range of aftermarket products at this year’s event.
AAPEX 2016 will feature over 160,000 automotive aftermarket professionals, along with over 2,200 exhibitors and 45,000 targeted buyers. Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc., a regional headquarters of the group located in the Americas, will exhibit for the first time at this event 11 types of variable timing gears in addition to variable timing control solenoid valves, all of which will be sold by the company. The valves and gears are products that automatically advance or delay timing to adjust air flow in the engine cylinders, improving engine efficiency across a broader operating range.
It will also showcase an extensive mix of engine management product lines including ignition coils, sensors, fuel injectors, and Air Bypass Valves (ABVs), as well as drive control systems products including shock absorbers, struts, and rack and pinion assembly parts. Its products cover a wide range of both foreign and domestic vehicles from years 1990-2016, all of which are Original Equipment (OE) quality, serve to increase engine efficiency and fuel mileage, and meet exact performance specifications.
Hitachi Automotive Systems Group will introduce a wide-ranging product line-up for aftermarket which will help increase product brand recognition and penetration of the Hitachi Automotive Systems Group in the U.S.
