Overview

The High Lock uses a special filtration agent with catalytical action that promotes oxidation.
As a result, when the water passes through the special filtration agent, the iron that is dissolved in the water is oxidized and eluted as insoluble steel. This is adsorbed by the special filtration agent, and the iron is removed. This filtration agent, which acts both as a catalyst and as an adsorber, is unique to the High Lock. Also, if there is manganese in the raw water, the iron is removed in the first tank, then chemicals are injected at the inlet in the second tank, the pH is raised, and the manganese is removed.

Features

  1. Reduces construction cost
The filtration speed is fast, so you only need a small tank.
  2. Reduces operating cost
A small compressor sends air and only supplies oxygen, so the overhead is low.
  3. No waste of treated water
Washing is done with treated water, but the water isn't reversed, so there is no waste of treated water.
  4. Contributes to securing a stable supply of quality treated water
High Lock doesn't use chemicals, so this contributes to securing a stable supply of quality treated water.
  5. Improved ease of operation
The washing operation and operation where water passes through can be made automatic using a provided valve, which prevents operator error.
