The Damei Art Center covers a total area of 48,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 350,000 square meters divided into Eastern and Western districts. The Eastern District has 180,000 square meters of international super class A office building, 45,000 square meters of art themed commercial supporting facilities, 23,000 square meters of hotel service apartments, 9,000 square meters of president’s residence and other major buildings. The Western District is planned to be used by scarce enterprises and is an independent building from the rest. It is the highest (150 meters) building in the district, with four towers square in shape without corners, the facade is simple and atmospheric. The main entrance is 23 meters high with the stone colonnade solemn and grand, which establishes it as a landmark image at the top of business in the East District of Beijing.
