Flyzoo Hotel is the first futuristic hotel of the Chinese ecommerce and tech giant Alibaba Group, located in Qinchengli shopping center and owned by Alibaba, in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. It is the first futuristic hotel built in the world with a full panorama view of its surroundings and the extensive use of artificial intelligence (AI). Flyzoo Hotel provides exemplary customer service through its highly intellectual technology and innovative facilities.
The hotel provides unique services such as having a facial recognition system that identifies guests checking in by comparing them with photos uploaded during the phase of booking. Majority of the hotel’s service staff are comprised of robots with each room having a butler called “Tmall Elf”, in charge of controlling most of the functionality in the room.
