Located in the Pudong New Area in Shanghai, the Foxconn Headquarter building has a total of 21 floors.
It is the first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) platinum certified high-rise office building in Shanghai. It is a benchmark building with intelligence, energy conservation and environmental protection.
There are a total of 14 elevators and 6 escalators in the building. 8 elevators are at the core of the building, using Hitachi’s Destination Floor Reserve System (DFRS), and among them, 2 are VIP elevators and 2 are conversion elevators. In addition, Hitachi provides the daily electricity consumption of all the elevators, and the energy feedback information of the high-speed elevators.
