Explanation

The Radio Law is a Japanese law covering radiowave transmission in Japan. Constituted in 1950, it targets fair and efficient utilization of the radiowave spectrum. In the Radio Law, radiowaves are defined as those with a frequency less than 3 THz.
Furthermore, all matters related to radio transmission (such as wireless facilities, radio stations, and radio personnel) are regulated.
